Butter Board and Cream Cheese Board

Ingredients

For the Butter Board:

  • 250g Food Lover’s Market Butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 roasted garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 15ml (1 Tbsp) chives
  • Edible flowers
  • Drizzle of Food Lover’s Market Honey
  • Bread of your choice for serving

For the Cream Cheese Board:

  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • Drizzle of Food Lover’s Market Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 125g multicolour cherry tomatoes, roasted
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Bread of your choice for serving

Directions

For the Butter Board:

  1. On a medium sized board or plate, smear the butter and top with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Serve with a warm loaf of bread and enjoy.
  3. For the Cream Cheese Board:

    1. On a medium sized board or plate, smear the cream cheese and top with the rest of the ingredients.
