Porchetta Roast

The famous Food Lover’s festive porchetta is ready to roast and really easy with as little as 5 minutes to prepare. Whilst the porchetta is roasting to perfection, you have time to prepare the sides, and dessert or simply relax with family and friends. The Food Lover’s pork belly porchetta is seasoned with rosemary and fennel seeds, and just requires oil, salt, pepper and some slow-roasting. Ingredients

  • 1x Food Lover’s Market Festive Pork Belly Porchetta
  • 30ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, for seasoning

Directions

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Place your porchetta onto an oven tray; prepare with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Rub the olive oil over the entire porchetta and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes, turning every 30 minutes for even cooking.
  3. Turn the oven up to 250°C and cook for another 15 minutes to crackle the crackling.
  4. Serve hot with your favourites sides and enjoy!
