Ingredients

For the Margarita:

  • 180ml (3/4 cup) tequila
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) lime juice
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) triple sec
  • 1 large Fuerte avocado
  • 250ml (1 cup) water
  • 5ml (1 tsp) chilli flakes

To Assemble:

  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 15ml (1 Tbsp) salt
  • 500ml (2 cups) ice
  • Fresh mint to garnish

Directions

For the Margarita:

  1. In a large blender jug, add all the ingredients together and blend well.
  2. To Assemble:

    1. Rub the lime slices on the edge of the glasses and dip the rim in the salt. Add the ice to the glasses and pour the margarita mixture over the ice. Garnish with the mint and enjoy.
