Ingredients

  • 1/2 tin black beans (chilli or plain)
  • 1/2 chilli, chopped or 5ml (1 tsp) dried chilli flakes
  • 10ml (2 tsp) smoked paprika
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) tomato and onion mix
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

To serve:

  • 15ml (1 Tbsp) sour cream or coconut cream
  • Corn chips
  • Fresh coriander, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 1 minute on high.
  2. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and corn chips and garnish with fresh coriander.
