For the Chocolate Baked Oats:
- 125ml (½ cup) You First Rolled Oats
- 5ml (1 tsp) chia seeds
- 80ml (1/3 cup) Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) water
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1.25ml (¼ tsp) baking soda
- 60ml (1/4 cup) Nutella (or Chocolate Almond Butter, or Peanut Butter)
- 50g chocolate, chopped
For the Carrot Cake Baked Oats
- 125ml (½ cup) You First Rolled Oats
- ½ ripe banana
- 60ml (¼ cup) grated carrot
- 45ml (3 Tbsp) Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 5ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 2.5ml (½ tsp) baking powder
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 60ml (1/4 cup) sour cream
- Zest of 1 orange
- Maple syrup
For the Banana Bread Baked Oats
- 125ml (½ cup) You First Rolled Oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 45ml (3 Tbsp) Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2.5ml (½ tsp) baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 60ml (1/4 cup) fruit puree
- ½ banana, sliced
- Maple syrup, to serve
For the PB&J Baked Oats
- 125ml (½ cup) You First Rolled Oats
- 5ml (1 tsp) You First Chia Seeds
- 80ml (1/3 cup) Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) water
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 125ml (1/2 cup) raspberry puree
- Maple syrup, to serve
Directions
For the Chocolate Baked Oats:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray
- Place all ingredients, except the Nutella and chocolate, in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin, followed by the Nutella and the rest of the oat mixture. Sprinkle over the chopped chocolate and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
- Place all ingredients, except the sour cream and orange zest, in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the sour cream and the rest of the oat mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Finish with some maple syrup and orange zest.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the fruit puree and the rest of the oat mixture, top with banana slices and bake for about 10 minutes
- Serve with a dash of maple syrup.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the raspberry puree and the rest of the oat mixture and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with a dash of maple syrup.
