For the Watermelon Base:
- 1 watermelon quarter, sliced into triangles
For the Watermelon Breakfast Pizza:
- 250ml (1 cup) coconut yoghurt
- 125ml (1/2 cup) raspberries
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) chia seeds
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) honey
For the Watermelon Snack Pizza:
- 60g blue cheese
- 45ml (3 Tbsp) powdered biltong
- 1 fresh baby fennel, sliced
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
- 60ml (¼ cup) nuts, chopped and toasted
For the Watermelon Salad Pizza:
- Wild rocket, to taste
- 2 wheels of feta cheese
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) balsamic glaze
- Fresh mint, to taste
For the Watermelon Dessert Pizza:
- 2 nectarines or peaches, sliced
- 125ml (1/2 cup) blueberries
- 80g dark chocolate, melted
- 45ml (3 Tbsp) coconut flakes, toasted
Directions
For the Watermelon Breakfast Pizza:
- Lay out your watermelon triangles and top with a scoop of coconut yoghurt, followed by raspberries and chia seeds.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey.
- Roll the blue cheese into small balls and cover with the powdered biltong.
- Lay out your watermelon triangles and finish with your blue cheese and biltong balls, freshly-shaved fennel, lemon juice and nuts.
- Lay out your watermelon triangles, top with wild rocket and crumble the feta over the watermelon, followed by the balsamic glaze and fresh mint.
- Lay out your watermelon triangles and top with stone fruit slices and blueberries.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and finish with toasted coconut flakes.
