Ingredients

BERRY SMOOTHIE

    12 cups Strawberries, thopped
    1 cup Blueberries
    1 cup Raspeberries
    2 Bananas, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp Honey or Sugar
    1 cup Food Lover's Double Cream Yoghurt
    1/2 cup Food Lover's Milk
    1/2 cup Ice (If fruit is not frozen)

KIWI AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

    1 cup Kiwi, peeled
    1 cup Pineapple, peeled and chopped
    1 Banana, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp Honey or Sugar
    1 cup Food Lover's Double Cream Yoghurt
    1/2 cup Food Lover's Milk
    1/2 cup Ice (If fruit is not frozen)

Directions

BERRY SMOOTHIE

    Place all the ingredients for the Berry Smoothie in a blender on a high speed.
    Blend until well combined.

KIWI AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

    Place all the ingredients for the Kiwi and Pineapple Smoothie in a blender on a high speed.
    Blend until well combined.
    Fill 2 glasses halfway with the Kiwi and Pineapple Smoothie.
    Fill the rest of the glasses with the Berry Smoothie.
    Decorate with skewers of fresh fruit
    *All the fruit can be frozen when blended.
    If fresh fruit is being used, add 1/2 cup of Ice to each smoothie
