For the Crispy Baby Potatoes:
- 1 kg Food Lover’s Market Baby Potatoes
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Lemony Mayo:
- 125ml (1/2 cup) Food Lover’s Canola Mayo
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) wholegrain mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
For the Crispy Baby Potatoes:
- Use a fork and puncture the potatoes.
- Cover them in olive oil, place in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 196°C or until golden and crispy.
- Combine the garlic and butter. Remove potatoes from the air fryer and drizzle with garlic butter. Season to taste.
- Combine all ingredients, season to taste and serve with the crispy potatoes.
