Easter Egg Hunt 2023 Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Food Lover’s Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“The Promoter”).
  2. The competition is open to all South African residents above the age of 18 who are in possession of a valid identity document, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. Legal guardians of children under 18 must enter on their behalf.
  3. This competition is open from 27 March- 2 April 2023. Any entries received after midnight on the last day will not be valid and not be considered.
  4. To enter: Find 3 posters of the “Hoppy” Easter bunnies inside a participating Food Lover’s Market store and use the highlighted words on the signs to find out the mystery phrase. This is the answer, that gains you entry. Scan the QR code on the third and final “Hoppy” Easter poster, to enter online. The QR code will direct the entrant to an entry form on the website www.foodloversmarket.co.za. You are required to insert your name, email, cell phone number, the store name where you participated in the competition and the unique phrase.
  5. There will be three winners per store, chosen randomly from the collection of correct submissions. Participants will only be eligible to win 1 (one) prize during the competition period.
  6. 1st prize is a R500 Food Lover’s Market voucher, a hoppery tote bag, fibre tip pens, Easter Egg hunt Bucket and Kayley’s Marshmallow eggs (20) valued at R319.20. 2nd and 3rd prize is Easter Egg Hunt Bucket valued at R119.99.
  7. The winner will be announced on 4 April 2023.
  8. Winners are required to collect their prizes at the same store they entered and participated in the competition. Prizes need to be collected between 5-7 April 2023, failure of which winners will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may re-award the prize.
  9. Winners have the discretion to agree to have their photo taken, which may be used together with their name by the Promoter or its agencies for advertising and promotional purposes, without the obligation to notify or reimburse the winner
  10. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents, and staff.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize, with one of similar value and nature.
  12. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
  13. The winners acknowledge that the Promoter requires its personal information, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), and voluntarily consent to the Promoter processing such information in order to fulfil its obligations in terms of these terms and condition and/or obligations incidental to these terms and conditions. The Promoter shall comply with laws applicable to it relating to the protection of personal information in connection with these terms and conditions, including but not limited to POPIA.
