We have your best interests at heart. Food Lovers Market Chilli on Top, Sunninghill has introduced a “drive thru” service for your convenience. This will allow you to avoid in-store contact and queues.
This service will allow you to place an order with the store, and then drive through to collect the order at the store, without leaving the safety and comfort of your vehicle. The order will be confirmed within 30 mins of receipt be available 1 hour after order confirmation or at a preferred pick-up time. The process will work as follows:
Step 1: Order Placement:
- Place a detailed order either on Whatsapp (063 560 5916) or email (adminchilli@fnv.co.za).
- Please provide your full name, mobile no, vehicle reg no and preferred time of collection. (approx. 2 hours)
- Please be specific of product, size, weight, flavour and brand etc
- All orders will be packed in environmentally friendly boxes if available.
Step 2: Order Confirmation:
- We will reply with an order number and confirm the order within 30 minutes.
- We will confirm the pick-up time, normally 1 hour from order confirmation or if specified.
- You will then receive further notification of order status and value prior to collection.
Step 3: Order Collection:
- Please drive to the store at the confirmed time.
- Please drive to the flower section at the entrance of the store, in between the area demarcated by 2 yellow lines. Your vehicle should now be between the flowers and the fruit tree departments.
Step 4: Order Finalization:
- You will be met by a cashier and packer who will assist with the purchase. You will be advised of the makeup of the order.
- The goods will be packed into the vehicle by the packer.
- Pay from the comfort of the vehicle with a sanitized card machine (no cash)
- Our team will have protective gear (masks, gloves and sanitizer) for your safety.
- Drive away happily without ever leaving your vehicle or switching off.
Please note the following:
- Weighable items will be approximate and not exact.
- Please no cancellations as all orders are specific and unique.
- Orders close at 4 pm Mon-Sat and 3 pm on Sunday/ Public Holiday. Any order received after these times will be for collection the following day.
- Our instore prices and fantastic quality will apply (no increased prices or charges)
