Ingredients

For the Sauce:

    45ml (3 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Canola Mayonnaise
    30ml (2 Tbsp) tomato sauce
10ml (2 tsp) white wine vinegar
    15ml (1 Tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
    5ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
    Tabasco sauce, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Big Mac Wraps:

5 small (19-20cm), soft tortilla wraps
    500g Food Lover’s Ground Beef
10ml (2 tsp) Food Lover’s Blended Seed and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 slices Food Lover’s Cheddar
Salt and black pepper, to taste

To Garnish:

3-4 iceberg lettuce leaves, finely shredded
3-4 Food Lover’s Dill Gherkins, sliced

Directions

For the Big Mac Wraps:

  1. Place the wraps on a clean work surface and press about 100g of the mince tightly onto each wrap. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Fry each wrap, meat-side down, for about 3-4 minutes. Loosen the meat with a spatula, flip and fry the wrap side for another minute to become golden brown. Repeat with all the wraps.
  3. Top the meaty wraps with the cheddar cheese, lettuce and dill gherkins. Close the wrap and enjoy!
