Ingredients

For the Overnight Oats:

  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) You First Raw Rolled Oats
  • 400ml (1 tin) Food Lover’s Coconut Milk
  • 250ml (1 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) chia seeds
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • 10ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 7.5ml (1/2 Tbsp) ground cinnamon
  • 5ml (1 tsp) ground ginger
  • pinch of ground clove
  • 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) ground nutmeg
  • 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) ground allspice
  • 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) ground cardamom

For the Topping:

  • Berries of choice
  • 30ml (2 Tbsp) coconut flakes, toasted
  • Cocoa nibs (optional)

Directions

For the Overnight Oats:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. For the Topping:

    1. Spoon the oat mixture into your choice of serving bowls or jars and top with berries, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs. Dig in and enjoy!
