Ingredients

Burger Patty

    500 g Beef Mince
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    5 ml dried mixed herbs
    1 egg
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Burger Patty

Lightly mix ingredients together; weigh off 40-50g balls. Shape balls into thick little patties; set aside until needed.
When fire is medium-hot, brush patties with your favourite basting and place on grid with small mesh so they don’t fall through. If you don’t have one, place another grid on top of the first one at 90 degrees to create a closer mesh.
Cook. Remove from grid and serve.
