Braai S’mores

The best way to end off a braai with something sweet. It’s gooey, sticky and chocolaty with the best biscuit crunch.

    150g marshmallows

    80g Cadbury dairy milk chocolate, melted

    150g Food Lover’s Marie Biscuits


    Prepare your braai to the point of medium flames.
    Pierce a stick or skewer through the marshmallow and hold over the heat, rotating frequently to ensure even browning. The marshmallow is ready when brown and a bit charred on all sides with a gooey and sticky middle.
    Smear about 5ml (1 tsp) of the melted chocolate on the bottom Marie biscuit and scrape the warm marshmallow off the skewer onto the chocolate. Place another Marie biscuit on top and gently squish together into a sandwich. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
    Bite into the gooey and sticky s’more and enjoy!
